Anyone have an opinion on turning your wrist 90 to 180 degrees during backswing and forward swing? I always keep it straight. Ive got a book that says this ensures a "tension-free" delivery. Allegedly Tony Allcock is an example.

Don’t think I could cope with anything that is complicated, just trying to keep my woods on the green, will have to look into this, and might find an easy way to get better

Have seen some bowlers do this, it is a sort of twist to the wrist, don’t fancy changing my delivery, might wreck my game for the season.
