Bowls England

Hi Everyone had our Ladies meeting last week found out a few things about how belonging to Bowls England will effect us
First thing is we will have two members one male one female who can vote for the club on important votes
When we have these meetings to decide things the ladies will have a meeting
The men will have a meeting then we will all go in together and have another meeting Yippee more hard seats to sit on
Only good thing That i could see was all our competitions are in one book like the mens but now it is joint sure we have a lot more rules etc to come :roll:

Cant wait to see what other stupid rules we've got never know I could be wrong and things might improve if its anything like some of the meetings I have sat through, some people love to hear their own voice:rolleyes:

I for one am not going to worry about this new Bowls England

Everything will carry on as usual next year

Sure it will annoy some of the people who enjoy being in the higher positions

Just as well they are people who enjoy hearing their own voices and are prepared to sit for ages listing to propositions

Some people cant help themselves, they don't realize how boring they are
Hate the ladies meetings after about an hour you can see everyone fidgeting its like a stampede when were finished:D

Always get one Idiot who brings something up can almost hear the groans

People dont want to sit and be bored to death

Get enough if you get cornered at the bar get to know who to avoid:(
