yes its boring today,good day yesterday though,had a couple of hours at the indoor in the morning,bought another item of clothing for bowling,and had a few pints at my club last night,,,:)

avatarist is a website,or if you already have some pics on your pc you will have to reduce them ,microsoft site has an image resizer for free down load, then go to manage attachments and click browse and choose the pic you want from your pc as long as its smalll enough it should be ok,,,,cant use the add image from website as i dont know how
