Not going to be here for the Final

Has this happened to anyone else, entered the unbadged, competition, this year,

Got knocked out, but got quite a way through,

Went up to see the Divisional Semi final,

Was in the club house watching, when one chap who had won,said if my team mate wins, neither of us will be able to play in the final,

Two people from the same club had entered competitions, and they had both booked a cruise, when the finals were being played,

This is not right, fuming,:confused::confused:

I think you have every right to be angry, they both shouldn't have entered. I myself have in the past have not entered competitions if I was going to be away for one of the aloted days.

Disgraceful, shouldn't enter any competition, if you know you are going away for the final,
What about the poor players that you put out,
An unbadged competition, is the only chance some players have to get a County Badge,
Think they should be banned from entering for a number of years,:(

:confused:Had this happen to me way back, still angry, should be some sort of rule,
To make sure if they know, that they are banned from future competitions,
Know a few people who have made mistakes, or have illness, then you can understand,
But holidays have to be booked in advance, they only have to look in the County hand book,:confused:

I always look before i enter any competitions,

The rule is do not enter anything, if you are not going to be there for the Final,

The club should take these players, aside and read them the rule book,

God do that in a ladys competition, and you would be hung drawn and quartered,
Just would not happen, think the men dont take enough notice of the rules,Sam:(

Why would anyone, enter a competition, knowing they were going on holiday, doesn't make sense,Young Bowler:rolleyes:

Would you believe it he won the final, thought he might have been decent enough to pull out,

There wont be anyone representing our Division, came in the club house,

Couldn't have cared less, when someone challenged him, said he had booked the holiday last year,
