:rolleyes:What do you think people
Got them in mens and womans, this seems to be the latest product, think the cloth, we were talking about was the same make, do you think because there is a bit of color on the shoes our ladies would kick up a fuss, not sure lot of money if you couldn't wear them

Like the look of these bowls shoes, more like trainers, bit pricey, not sure if us ladies would get away with wearing these, need someone to test the waters as you say, shall wait and see Blondie

The Ladies have so many rules and regulations, but surly these are proper bowling shoes, what can they find to object to.:(

Saved myself a good bit of cash, bought a pair of white trainers, decent make in the sale, we got a member who has a shoe repair shop in the market, and he smoothed down the soles, lot of my mates do this, Proper bowling shoes, are expensive.;)Young Bowler.

Hi Jane, those are very nice shoes, I can't see what's wrong with them?

Interesting though as I brought a new pair of men's comfitpro shoes last week. They had different models of mens and ladies comfitpro shoes on special at at sell out price of $39.95 NZ.

Hi everyone, like the look of these new shoes, more like trainers, will think about a pair when the old ones, wear out, think the ladies are worried about the bits of color on the shoes, the ladies in charge are sticklers for rules, not so long ago at the county annual dinner, they had to wear full white kit hats blazers, etc, and keep the hats on through the meal, top table had to wear blazers, ridiculous.Devon Bowler:roll:

These are the shoes I got, my first choice had been Achieva, then Olympic but by the time I rang up there were no size 9 left (I had left it 3 working days after the special had started before phoning).
Anyway I got Valco in the end:
Mens WhiteLine Velcro...A superbly designed shoe with the convenience of Velcro fastenings.ComfitPro shoes are all professionally designed to provide maximum comfort on and off the green.Non twist structure, firm heel support and moulded instep provide absoloute comfort to the wearer.Soft, breathable and washable microfibre(more expensive than leather)means the most flexible shoe you'll ever wear.

Yes I remember it was like that when I first started playing bowls, but some clubs are a lot more relaxed today.
