I THINK I POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG SECTION

Please can someone help me. My daughter plays crown green bowls and so far has been borrowing someone elses because we have not been able to afford any. I have just purchased some thomas green lignoid bowls size 2 for her but believe they are flat green. What i was wondering was is she able to use these for crown green bowling or have i made a big mistake. Also what weight are size 2. I don't know much about bowls and just hope i have not made a big mistake.

Hi Angelcake I don't think you can make a mistake posting on this site, Ive often put posts on and am not sure if its right, I'm a flat green Bowler and not quite sure about your bowls I think they are roughly the same, but the size and weight might be a problem all depends how old your daughter is and if she can hold the Bowl comfortable, Bowls come in sizes OO O 1 2 3 etc right up to six or seven,
If you go down your Club someone will explain about how different weight of Bowls are and what size you need,
