Hi Kiwi Bowler,

Thats a good idea a separate section within the site!! as I think there is quite a bit in common with the 2 games and both are being challenged with numbers etc!!!

Afternoon Surfer,

Not many replies from the Crown Green Bowlers, think this answers the question as if we need a separate section for Crown Green Bowlers!!!!

From watching it on the T V players seem to play anywhere on the green, the green is biased with a 'crown' in the center of the green.

Also understand that many of the clubs are built within a pubs confines and betting is quite common!:o

Hi Dinky

You are so right we do need someone who plays crown green to be able to answer the questions asked on this forum, like most of the Bowlers on here we play lawn bowl and are out of our depth it would be a good idea to ask admin they seem to be pretty good,
I Bowls down in Cornwall and we don't have crown bowls played but ti would be interested to see the difference
